★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service mohon lebih bersabar dalam menghadapi clien nya karena customer nya bukan orang pinter semua rata petani buruh dan sebagai nya jadi agak gaptek tentang prosedur perbankan tapi CS tidak proaktif nampak nya ngga mau cape dan pusing mohon maaf
Customer service, please be more patient in dealing with their clients because the customers are not smart people, all farmers are laborers and so they are a bit clueless about banking procedures but CS is not proactive, it doesn't seem tired and dizzy, sorry

masa antrian umum disamakan sama antrian bantuan .
kuota nya sedikit yg umum dan lagi harus datang jam6 pagi cuman buat dapet antrian . dan di bagikan jam set 8 pagi .
saya cmn pengen ganti kartu atm , bukan bantuan .
harusnya di bedakan dong bos jalur nya.
coba itu yg hari libur nya sehari doang suruh dtg lagi besok nya . dikira punya banyak waktu ngantri 2,5 jam astaga .!!!!

the quota is a little which is common and again you have to come at 6 am just to get a queue. and distributed at 8 am.
I just want to change the atm card, not help.
the route should be different, boss.
Try it, if you have one day off, just ask to come back the next day. I thought I had a lot of time waiting in line for 2.5 hours, gosh.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat sangat sangat kecewa dgn BRI Cab. Pamulang. Sudah 2 hari saya ikut antri dari jam 08.00 kurang sampai jam 13an, tapi pas nomer antrian saya sudah dekat malah security bilang ada gangguan jaringan dan tidak bisa dipastikan akan tetap bisa normal menjelang waktu tutup kantor. Astagaaa 2 hari waktu saya terbuang sia sia. Kalau bukan karena butuh saya tidak akan datang lagi ?
I am very, very disappointed with BRI Cab. Pamulang. I've been queuing for 2 days from 08:00 until 11:00, but when my queue number was close, even security said there was a network problem and I can't be sure it will still be normal before closing time. Gosh 2 days of my time wasted. If it wasn't for need I wouldn't come again

Meski pun kadang antriannya panjang. Tapi aku tetap senang menabung di bank bri.
Sedikit demi sedikit lama lama jadi duit.
Kapan lagi yah. Mengeluarkan ATM special edition lagi seperti ATM yang bergambar superman.

Although sometimes the queue is long. But I'm still happy to save at the bank bri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRI KCP PAMULANG PELAYANAN BURUK..!!! 4x bolak balik kesini gak ada hasil. Sangat tidak mempermudah nasabahnya malah mempersulit. Kalau Bank² lain berlomba² memberikan kemudahan tp BRI malah mempersulit nasabah. Ibu saya mau buka rekening utk limpahan Taspen bapak saya dlm kondisi sakit parah diminta hadir ke bank. Pdhl bank² lain bisa petugasnya ke rumah. Ini dlm kondisi lemah masih dipaksa ke bank dan 4 hari kemudian ibu saya meninggal. Mau tutup rekening bapak saja ga bisa bantu banyak. Pantas dulu bapak saya suka ngeluh kalau ambil gaji Taspen, lama seharian nunggunya, kasihan orgtua nunggu berjam². Saya jg nunggu antrian dari jam 9 sampe jam 12 siang blm di layani gak ada efisiensi waktu di dlm pelayanan. Mustinya ada spare waktu dlm melayani supaya gak terlalu lama menunggu yg lainnya. Parah , habis tutup rekening saya sih ga bakal mau jadi nasabah bank ini lg. Dulu pernah buka rekening di BRI KCP Untar dan lebih baik dr KCP Pamulang.
BRI KCP PAMULANG BAD SERVICE..!!! 4 times back and forth here with no results. It does not make it easy for its customers, it makes it difficult. While other banks are competing to provide convenience, BRI makes it difficult for customers. My mother wants to open an account for Taspen, my father, who is seriously ill, is asked to come to the bank. Pdhl other banks can have officers at home. It's in a weak condition still forced to the bank and 4 days later my mother died. If you just want to close your account, you can't help much. No wonder my father used to complain when he took Taspen's salary, he waited all day long, sorry for the parents waiting for hours. I'm also waiting for the queue from 9 to 12 noon, it hasn't been served, there is no time efficiency in the service. There should be spare time in serving so you don't have to wait too long for others. Worse, after closing my account, I will not want to be a customer of this bank anymore. In the past, I opened an account at BRI KCP Untar and it was better than KCP Pamulang.
