Dewi's tellers and guards don't really help customers. Only customers who deposit money / transactions are served well

teller on behalf of FIKA, very very unfriendly, not greeting, questions are also cornering (do you never get communication material?), eyes always glare, indeed like that is the SOP of service at this bank? Please evaluate the employee.
