★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menyesal menabung di BRI, di bberapa tempat CS nya dan jg security nya sungguh tidak profesional, kerja ogah2 an. Dan ketus sekali. Beda dengan bank2 lain yg lebih besar dr BRI tp CS serta sucuritynya ramah luar biasa.Baru sampai tempatnya cuci tangan, ditanya satpamnya mau ngapain, sy jwab mau buka blokir atm, dan di jawab utk cs nya sedang mengalami gangguan 30 menit yg lalu, klo lg gangguan lantas mengapa yg didalam tidak pada pulang? Mengapa mereka tetap didalam??? Apakah ini tidak mengada2 alasannya????
Dengan kejadian yg berulang kali buruk utk sy, maka sy memutuskan utk menutup bank BRI ini dan tidak akan menggunakannya lagi sampai kapanpun
I regret saving at BRI, in some places the CS and also the security is really unprofessional, work reluctantly. And very curt. It's different from other banks which are bigger than BRI, but the CS and security are incredibly friendly. Just arrived at the place for washing hands, when the security guard asked what they wanted to do, I answered that I wanted to unblock the atm, and was answered that the cs was having trouble 30 minutes ago, if There's a problem, then why doesn't the one inside go home? Why are they still inside??? Isn't this the reason why????
With repeated incidents that have been bad for me, I have decided to close this BRI bank and will not use it again any time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk, mw buat rekening baru di persulit Ampe 2x balik untuk lengkapi document tp tetep gak bisa , alhasil buat rekening baru di bank lain , di BRI sekarang tidak butuh nasabah baru .
