Pelayanan sangat buruk Tgl 20 April 2021 saya berencana membuka rekening BRI untuk pribadi. Tapi baru sampai depan pintu sy dicegat security yg mengatakan CS antri 2-3 jam, disarankan tidak masuk ke situ. Untuk sebuah Bank BUMN beraset sangat besar jelas ini memalukan, sikap security ini (yg mengaku bernama Aan) atau pegawai BRI ini sangat jauh dari profesional. Saya sebagai pengguna jasa beberapa bank baik BUMN dan Swasta jadi muak dgn pelayanan BRI (ini juga menandakan system di cabang BRI buruk). Setelah pengalaman ini sy akan segera putuskan utk mengeluarkan dana simpanan perusahaan saya dari BRI dan memindahkannya ke bank lain.

For a state-owned bank with very large assets, this is clearly a shame, this security attitude (who claims to be named Aan) or this BRI employee is very far from professional. As a user of several banks, both state-owned and private, I am fed up with BRI services (this also indicates that the BRI branch system is bad). After this experience, I will immediately decide to remove my company savings from BRI and transfer it to another bank.

Saya mau rencana pencairan PIP pertama kali katanya ga bisa harus di cabang Cempaka Mas sesuai surat dari sekolah. Setelah saya di BRI Cabang Cempaka Mas karena antrian sdh banyak utk hari itu disarankan ke cabang lain. Kata securitinya semua cabang boleh. Lalu saya balik ke cabang ini lagi, katanya memang ga bisa walaupun sy lihat tidak ada antrian. Katanya harus ke cempaka mas walaupun sdh di tanya ke pimpinan. Saya jadi bingung mana yg benar? Cabang satu dengan yg lain tidak sinkron...
