★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya kurang etika. Lain kali nyari yang berpendidikan atau minimal ikut pendidikan security. Ini kan pelayanan alangkah lebih baiknya lbh ramah biar nasabah nyaman. Untuk CS dan Teller c oke. Mohon ditindak lanjuti supaya ada perubahan.
 The security guard lacks ethics. Next time, look for one with an education or at least take security education. This service would be better, more friendly so that customers are comfortable. For CS and Teller c okay. Please follow up so that there are changes.

just once the service is good ... I think every time you go there you have to close, even though the queues are from morning ... where cs and security guard don't have the manners, do you think the bank belongs to you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manner, etika dan pelayanan satpam BRI KCP Sukalarang sangat kurang baik. Tidak murah senyum (teu someah kalo kata orang Sunda), jutek, sinis (kaya merendahkan gitu) dan terkesan ogah melayani, hal kita itu rasakan sesama customers bukan hanya saya saja. Hanya karena mungkin beberapa customers yang ke bank BRI KCP Sukalarang ini hanya untuk menerima bantuan dari pemeritah.
Please Hiring Manager BRI KCP Sukalarang perhatikan hal ini, karena satpam menjadi salah satu image yang dinilai oleh customer, baik atau buruknya pelayanan perbankan.
Seolah satpam disini tidak tahu SOP menghandle customer Bank. Satpam BCA, dan BJB jauuuuuh lebih baik daripada disini.
Manner, ethics and security guards at BRI KCP Sukalarang are not very good. Not smiling (teu someah if the Sundanese say), jutek, cynical (like being condescending) and seemingly unwilling to serve, we feel that our fellow customers are not just me. Just because maybe some of the customers who went to the BRI KCP Sukalarang bank only received assistance from the government.
Please Hiring Manager BRI KCP Sukalarang pay attention to this, because security guards are one of the images evaluated by customers, whether good or bad banking services.
As if the security guards here don't know the SOP to handle Bank customers. Security guard BCA, and BJB are much better than here.
