★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya payaahhh . Harusnya kalo nomor udah kelewat jangan disuruh masuk tapi ambil nomor baru . Udah antri antri eh ada yg laporan nomor segini tadi pulang dulu . Yakali punya bapak lu bisa balik sesuka hati .
The service sucks. If the number is too late, don't be asked to enter, but take a new number. Already waiting in line, did anyone report this number back home first. Yes, if you have a father, you can come back at will.

For wa, there is GK, how about asking questions. The hrs are specifically for online services too. Don't just ATM online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian CS luama banget. 1 orang aja bisa puluhan menit. Ga optimal cs masa cuma satu orang.
Parah. Waktu sia2 ngantri di bank. Lain kali pelayanan dipercepat. Cs ditambah dong masa cuma 1 org. Lama lagi.
Ada permainan jg sih yg baru datang lebih dlu masuk Krn ada calo
The CS queue is very long. One person can take tens of minutes. Not optimal cs when there is only one person.
Critical. Time to wait in line at the bank. Next time the service will be expedited. Cs, please add only 1 person. Long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seharusnya pelayanan nasabah apalagi ngurus pencairan bansos ditambah lagi petugasñya siiih udah cape ngantri di sini gak dilayanin..bokis banget deh bank himbara di mana2 sama aja pelayanannya selalu kurang orang..satu petugas ngelayanin ribuan orang????
It should be customer service, let alone taking care of the disbursement of social assistance, plus more officers, yes, I'm tired of queuing here and there's no service.. it's a shame that bank Himbara is everywhere, the service is always lacking.. one officer serves thousands of people????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambil jaminan lama sekali janjinya 3 hari tidak seperti menagih angsuran yg minta buru-buru. Berjanji akan dikabari tapi tidak ada kabar sudah 20 hari lebih. Tolong ya pelayanannya diperbaiki sangat merugikan dan meragukan

Antrian pencairan BPUM untuk pelaku UMKM prokes 3M tetap terjaga dan diatur oleh Pihak BRI KCP Sindang Barang dan tentunya Pak Satpam..

The queue for disbursement of BPUM for SMEs in the 3M process is maintained and regulated by the BRI KCP Sindang Barang and of course Mr. Security guard.
