saya winda ingin complain atas ketidakprofesional nya cs bank BRI di KCP pasar baru tangerang. saya sangat kecewa kinerja mereka tidak sesuai dengan slogan BRI.
kemarin hari selasa,22 september 2020 saya datang ke bank BRI KCP pasar baru tangerang pembuatan kartu ATM baru lalu saya di daftarkan mbanking. sudah terdaftar di internet mbanking dan tinggal log in saja di Bri mo. Akhirnya tidak bisa log in karena keterangan disitu harus upgrade finansial (telpon call center) jawaban nya datangi bank BRI tempat registrasi mbanking, lalu aku telpon lagi ke kcp pasar baru tangerang : jawaban mba olla aku harus datang lagi besok untuk upgrade finansial dengan waktu sebentar karena kan pagi aku juga kerja gak bisa izin lagi karena hari selasa aku sudah izin untuk pembuatan kartu ATM. tepat hari ini kamis,24 september 2020 jam 08:00 aku tidak dilayani dengan baik buang waktu dan tenaga saja datang kesana, cs nya menjawab nomor smartfren aku tidak bisa digunakan untuk mbanking, "jadi mba nya gunakan nomor lain selain smartfren dan melakukan registrasi ulang isi form gesek kartu dll. dan itu makan waktu sedangkan saya harus kerja hari ini jam setengan 9. jadi yang salah siapa? kalau dari awal tidak bisa kenapa saat hari selasa cs yang melayani ku mengatakan : sudah terdaftar dan tinggal log in saja di brimo. informasi yang sepele tapi berdampak besar ke saya . emang nya gak capek bulak balik kesana ? tolong dong tanggung jawabnya ini bukan kesalahan saya, harus banget saya izin kantor lagi untuk mengurus hal seperti ini yang seharusnya bisa diselesaikan dari kemarin . mohon tanggung jawab dari kcp pasar baru tangerang bagaimana solusi nya agar saya tetap bisa menggunakan brimo tanpa perlu ribet datang kesana lagi , kalau harus mengganti nomor telpon oke saya setuju tapi kalau harus datang lagi isi form gesek kartu bla bla bla itu buang" waktu saya , kalau bersedia di hari libur saya (weekend) oke aja saya datang kesana , saya kerja pulang jam 6 mana bisa sore ke sana. KECEWA sama bank BRI pasar baru

yesterday was tuesday, september 22, 2020 i came to the BRI KCP bank, the new market tangerang, made a new ATM card and then registered mbanking. already registered on the internet mbanking and just log in at Bri mo. Finally I could not log in because the information there had to upgrade financially (call call center) the answer was to go to the BRI bank where the mbanking registration was, then I called again to the new tangerang market head office: mba olla answer I have to come again tomorrow for a financial upgrade with a short time Right in the morning I also can't work anymore because I have permission to make an ATM card on Tuesday. β β β β β Terlalu lama untk yg ambil pensiunan,,,kasian yg udah pd sepuh,udah susah jln,yg duduk nasabah msh seger dan muda jg ga ad yg kasi,securitynya ga negor ke yg muda,lamaaaa bgt.
It's too long for those who take retirees,,, pity for the elderly, it's hard to walk, the customers sitting are still fresh and young, no one gives them, the security doesn't negotiate with the young, it's too long.

β β β β β Terlalu lama menunggu, Baik itu teller ataupun CS, sama2 lama. Saya pernah nunggu dari jam 10, baru di panggil jam 2 siang, padahal antrian nomor belasan. Luarrrrr biasa, beda dgn Pelayanan Bank di depannya.
Too long to wait, be it teller or CS, it's both long. I've been waiting since 10 o'clock, I was only called at 2 pm, even though the queue number was dozens. Extraordinary, different from the Bank Service in front of it.
