★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa tehadap kantor cabang BRI KCP graha Pulo .ATM pin saya keblokir 3x saya telpon ke call center 14017 syaratnya harus ada buku tabungan tetapi buku tabungan saya ketinggalan diluar kota solo
Info call center bisa dng dokumen pengganti yaitu KK,paspor,SIM atau dipotokan buku nya yg ketinggalan.tetapi setelah samapai di cabang KCP graha Pulo ini di tolak dan di kasihperaturan yg beda dan harus pake buku tabungan dan suruh bikin surat kehilangan dari kepolisian kan aneh .orang buku masih ada kok suruh bikin surat kehilangan dari ke polisian. padahal saya antri dari jam 13.00 tapi cs istirahat samapai jam 14.15 sungguh sangat kecewa Krn apa kata call center pusat dng cab ini sangat lah beda.mohon hal yg spt ini bisa bri pusat dan cabang bisa koordinasi dmg baik

Disappointed with the BRI branch office, KCP Graha Pulo. My ATM pin was blocked 3 times, I called the call center 14017, the condition is that there must be a passbook but I left my savings book outside the city of Solo
Call center info can be with replacement documents, namely KK, passport, driver's license or a photo of the book that is left behind. But after arriving at the Graha Pulo KCP branch, it was rejected and given different rules and had to use a passbook and ordered a letter of loss from the police, right? Why do people who still have books have to make a letter of loss from the police. even though I was queuing from 13.00 but cs took a break until 14.15 I was really very disappointed because what the call center said the center and this cab were very different. I hope something like this can be done, the center and branches can coordinate well
