Pelayannya tidak memuaskan, Saya sebagai agen BRiLink kecewa sangat sangat kecewa, parah Katanya ada kartu BRiLink biar mau setor kaga ngantri paktanya tidak seperti itu, Kartu" Ngantri" Teller nya juga tidak profesional, tidak seperti pas pimpinan pak Eko, petugasnya ramah" Dan menyenangkan dan cepat, Dibandingkan yg sekarang mah jauh, pantesan banyak yg pada komplen orang pelayanan nya aja buruk

Teller melayani 10 orang butuh 3 jam? Waras ora ituh? Nasabah Nunggunya dijemur di luar bangku cuma 3. Bener-bener cacat pelayanan nya ?.

Dateng jam 13.00 ngomongnya antrian udah full, maksa mau ngantri ke cs tetep ga dibolehin sama scurity, ngakak hahaaa Besoknya dateng lagi jam 10.00 eh nomor antrian udah abis juga katanya, lah ini gimana? Katanya suruh dateng besok jam 6.30 sedangkan bank buka ge jam 8 ? Ini bank pelayanan paling buruk yg pernah gua temuin hahahaa

Pelayanan disini cukup bagus. Dulu pernah bikin rekening disini dilayani dalam waktu kurang dari 1 jam. Tadi pagi ngurus kartu atm dan registrasi mobile banking dilayani dengan baik.

Nama CS nya LIZ, lelet bgt pelayanannya. Udah gitu gue memperbaiki Atm yg ke blokir di gnti tuh ATM baru, kemudian konsul IBANKING kata dia sudah bisa sudah oke ibanking gue. Nah gw balik ke rmh lah kenapa gabisa transaksi make ibanking pas malemnya, login sih bisa, gw telepon CS bri katanya ibanking gw harus diubah mejadi akun finansial suruh balik lg ke CS BRI tsbt. Kampreeeettttt besoknya gw dtg lagi antri dr jam 6 dpt no 2 manaan di suruh tunggu diluar ga ada kursi panas juga. Pas jam 9 buka CS offline bgssst bgt kan udh dtg pagi2 nunggu offline pula. Ini CS kenapa ga teliti sih ya??? Ampe bolak balik gueeeee. Dia bilang udah oke ibanking gw. Taunya masih bermasalah. Nama CS NYA LIZ! nama panjangnya gw lupa. Kaga teliti bgt!!!! Makin yakim gue buat pindah BANK KE BCA!!!

So, I went back to my house, why can't I make banking transactions at night, I can log in, I called CS BRI and they said I had to change my banking account to a financial account and told me to go back to CS BRI. Kampreeeettttt the next day I came back in line from 6 o'clock to get number 2 where I was told to wait outside, there were no hot seats either. At 9 o'clock, open CS offline, it's really great, it's already early in the morning waiting for it to be offline too. Why is this CS not careful? I'm going back and forth. He said it was okay with my banking. It's still a problem. Her CS name is LIZ! I forgot the full name. You are so careful!!!! I am more and more sure to move BANK TO BCA!!!

Customer servisnya 1 , antri udah belasan. CS melayani 1 nasabah lamanya 1 jam lebih....parah. Antri suruh diluar, panas, tempat duduk diluar cuma 3, yg antri puluhan orang, alhasil yg lain duduk di lantai , berdiri pun capeknya minta ampun.
Customer service 1, already queued a dozen. CS serves 1 customer for more than 1 hour .... it's bad. Queued to tell outside, it was hot, there were only 3 seats outside, tens of people were queuing, as a result the others sat on the floor, stood up too tired asking for mercy
