★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BRI yg cukup megah dan bagus untuk melayani masyarakat Kec. Kutoarjo Purworejo dan di sekitar sini Mbah Slamet (Masinis Bintaro) berjualan rokok jika ketemu jgn lupa beli rokoknya yah..
 BRI Bank which is quite magnificent and good to serve the people of Kec. Kutoarjo Purworejo and around here Mbah Slamet (Machinist Bintaro) sells cigarettes if they don't meet, don't forget to buy the cigarettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran luas. Antrian teller berdiri sehingga lebih cepat. Antrian cs oke. Terdapat fasilitas pc untuk aktivasi ebanking dibantu oleh security, meskipun antrian cukup ramai tetapi protokol kesehatan tetap di terapkan ketat.
Spacious parking. The teller queue stands up so it's faster. The cs queue is okay. There is a PC facility for e-banking activation assisted by security, even though the queue is quite crowded but the health protocol is still strictly enforced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antriannya lama sekali butuh waktu 2-3 jam lebih mohon perbanyak layanan CS karena ini BRI Cabang, kalo kesini mungkin ambil cuti dulu agar urusan bisa terselesaikan
The queue is very long, it takes 2-3 hours more please increase the CS service because this is a BRI Branch, if you come here maybe take a leave first so things can be resolved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan kurang memuaskan cs nya gak ramah,ngelayanin kaya keburu buru gtu diliat nya jd gak nyaman,udh gtu pake berantem trus debat sama temenya yg sesama cs pas lagi ngelayanin.
the service is not satisfactory, the cs are not friendly, the service is like in a hurry, it looks so uncomfortable, it's already used to fight and then debate with fellow cs friends while serving.

The class of BRI Branches is not good...customers are only 2....long queues...,the queues for tellers are still standing...too bad

* dari security & cs nya aja gk ada ramah" nya sama org tua maen bentak.. tinggal di arahin apa susah nya tegas boleh tp sopan diutamakan bos.
* Uang di mesin ATM jg selalu kosong, tolong diperhatikan lah.
* trus untuk pengambilan uang di dalam bank jg harus konfirmasi 3-7 hari
* untuk juru parkir nya jg tolong yg niat kerja nya jgn cuma pengen santai trus terima uang doang.. dibantu kluarin motor nya kek, diarahin sampai jalan raya kek..
Tolong lah lebih diperhatikan lg untuk kantor cabang nya

Parkiran luas tapi agak disayangkan pengunjung bank biasanya tidak memarkirkan kendaraannya dengan rapih. Tempat nyaman dan bersih. Mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Overall nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini gegara kartu atm masih yang lama belum berchip. Antri cukup banyak, karena dateng juga udah kesiangan. Pertama kita ambil nomor antri, terus nunggunya di luar, karena yang nunggu di dalem ada batasnya karena pandemi. Pelayanan sangat cepat dan para staff ramah dan sangat membantu.
