★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah beberapa kali ke sini tp tdk dilayani dgn baik oleh tellerny. Pernah mau pemindahbukuan lewat teller tp ditolak, dgn alasan limit masih bisa lewat internet banking. Hari ini mau bayar kuliah, ditolak jg dgn alasan bisa lewat atm.
Already several times here but not well served by tellerny. Have you ever wanted book-entry through a teller but it was rejected, with the reason that the limit could still be through internet banking. Today, I want to pay for college, rejected jg with reason can pass through atm.

+ pak polisi yang jaga ramah dan solutif, sigap dalam membantu dan informatif
+ mba cs bank nya juga ramah
+ karena letaknya cukup tersembunyi jadi lumayan sepi, kalo ke sini jarang sekali antre
salah satu bank bri dengan layanan paling bagus yang pernah saya kunjungi
even though it's small and only has one atm, this BRI branch of BKPM's bank service is really good
+ the police officer on duty is friendly and solutive, quick to help and informative
+ Ms. cs bank is also friendly
+ because the location is quite hidden so it's pretty quiet, if you come here you rarely get in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really small hence only three people can only sit while waiting the staff to serve. There is only one customer service here so the queue is terrible. I wait for more than an hour for customer service. It's possible to expand or relocate to more appropriate place around, if the bank wants to.
