aliigggg it's been a long time. a branch office as big as this, the service is really slow. It's the employees who give 5 stars, right? Hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancur pokonya pelayanan CS nya 1 orang 1jam aneh baru tau ada CS bank lambat gitu. Tidak disarankan ngurus apa2 disini.
The main thing is that the CS service is 1 person for 1 hour, it's weird, then I just found out that there is a slow bank CS. It is not recommended to take care of anything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rame banget antrian nya, CS nya cuma 1 yg lain solat Jumat. Jadi antrinya agak lama, harusnya ada lagi yg Bantuin CS 1. Kasian juga sendirian
The queue is very busy, there is only 1 other CS for Friday prayers. So the queue is a bit long, there should be someone else who helps CS 1. Too bad I'm alone

Pengalaman saya, Counter yang dibuka hanya max 2 sementara antrian terus bertambah banyak… Dan pelayanan counter pun lambat. Satu nomer butuh waktu >20 menit
BRI Branch Managers must care to see the actual condition of the queue in the field.
In my experience, only a max of 2 open counters while the queue continues to grow… And the counter service is slow. One number takes> 20 minutes
