Trus CS blg ke satpam suruh saya via onlen aja buat buka rekening, hadeh klo bs ngapain saya kemari pak buk?!
Ampuuun.. jelek bgt pelayanannya.
Why the service? Twice here, I was told to come back at 13.00 after taking a break. Even though it's still 11 o'clock and the queue is only one person, that's how the performance of CS is. Chaotic..
Then CS told the security guard and told me via online to open an account, what if I could come here, sir?!
Wow.. the service is really bad.
