★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesal sama satpamnya gak jelas banget,saya datang jam 11 trus Bpk satpamnya suruh nunggu Sampai jam 1ktanya CS lg istirahat ,trus saya tanya mau ganti kartu ATM pak ngambil no antrian gak?bpkny bilang gak usah tunggu ja.ehhh orang dblkng saya baru pada datang mereka mau ke CS juga malah disuruh masuk duluan.emosi saya liatnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masukan saja, sebaiknya CSnya ditambah satu lagi, sehingga pada saat istirahat jam 11 sd jam 1 bisa gantian jaganya. Saya sudah 2x kesini selalu terbentur sama jam istirahat coba. Sedih. Padahal BRI cabang ini di pinggir jalan pasti banyak yang mau kesini. Tolong diperbaiki kinerjanya ya. Trims.
Just enter it, it's better if you add one more CS, so that during breaks at 11 to 1, you can change guard. I've been here twice, I always bumped into the break time. Sad.
