Saya kan mau buka rekening,belom ada pengalaman buka rekening,nanya sama scurty agak gemuk skitar jam 10an,saya bilang,pak nomer antrinanya ada,dia bilang,maaf dek udah habis besok aja dateng jam 8 pagi,trus besoknya saya dateng jam 8 pagi,nanya sama scurty yg satu lagi agk kurus,pak nomer antriannya masih ada apa udah habis,udah habis dateng aja jam 6 pagi,atau nggak setengah enam 05:30,saya bilang udah buka pak apa jam segitu,trus dia bilang ya udalah,iya pak kata saya,trus sya pulang dengan rasa kecewa,niatnya buat rekening dengan mudah mala di persulit,penyambutan tamunya kurang,ini mala mempersulit,jelek pelayannan nya,*

Sebenarnya saya tidak mau memberi bintang sama sekali karena mau memberi ulasan terpaksa bintang satu walaupun g layak dapat bintang ini tempat.pelayanan publik paling memalukan di unit bri ini.satpam tidak kompeten sampai ke manager yg cuma diam didalam tanpa ada solusi.tidak menghargai waktu. orang antri mau urus duit pribadi mereka,bukan minta duit mu makhluk durjana.baru mengurus duit orang laguan kelen macam yang punya.tak patut tak patut.tolong pihak berwenang ditertibkan lagi SOP bagi pegawai anda agar tidak bikin malu.ingat kelen susahin orang didunia diakhirat kelak akan susah jg kelen.trims#indonesia butuh kecepatan pelayanan publik
Actually I don't want to give a star at all because I want to give a review, I have to give one star even though I don't deserve this star. This place is the most embarrassing public service in this BRI unit. The security guard is incompetent to the manager who just sits in there without any solution. Doesn't respect time. people are queuing to take care of their personal money, not asking for your money, you evil creatures. just taking care of the money of the people who have it. it's not right, it's not appropriate. please the authorities to regulate SOPs for your employees so they don't embarrass you. later it will be difficult too kelen. thanks #indonesia needs speed of public service

satpamnya blagu banget, nasabah lagi nyampein keluhan didengerin dulu woy jangan asal main potong aja pembicaraan, walopun lu tau prosedurnya seenganya lu dengerin dulu karna lu bekerja di pelayanan, itu namanya menghargai pelanggan, lu baru jadi satpam bank aja udah ga bisa ngehargain nasabah tempat lu bekerja.
The security guard is really dumb, the customer is making a complaint, listen first, wow, don't just play around, just cut the conversation, even if you know the procedure, you want to listen first because you work in the service, that's called respecting customers, you've just become a bank security guard, you can't respect your customers anymore work.

Cs nya kurang wahai atasan bank!! Lama banget antre, Menyita waktu yang cukup lama, pelayanan jauh dari kata cepatttt kecewaaaaa
