Waktu habis istirahatnya jam 1 mulai lg nya jam 1.30. Bilangnya CS nya lg pada sakit dikarenakan sering pada gak sarapan. Masuk kerja jam 8 masa ga keburu sarapan, gak masuk di akal.

Pelayanan sangat lambat ,sudah lambat yang kerja nya cuman 1 orang ?seharusnya nomor antrian yang kelewat ngambil lagi nomor antrian nya dong jangan kaya sekarang iya kalo kelewat nya 1 orang ini kelewat 7 orang?sungguh mengecewakan. Beda sama Bank BRI yang di RCK pada gesit

Tidak adanya rasa untuk menghargai waktu... Hari Jum'at seharusnya buka jam 13.00, di foto menunjukan jam 13.11 masih belum ada petugas satupun yang muncul. Jam 13.14 baru datang satu orang customer service. Jam 13.18 datang petugas teller satu orang. Jam 13.19 datang satu orang tambahan petugas costumer service. Tolong lah hargai waktu, diluar beratnya tugas pekerjaan di bank, tapi memang itu resiko bekerja, pasti bertemu banyak orang dengan berbagai karakter. Semoga kritik saya ini bisa membangun, untuk menjadi lebih baik.
