★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ngantri dari jam 10.15, dapet antrian ke 21 didepan saya udah sampe antrian ke 15 . Sampe jam 12, di customer service masih di antrian ke 15. Saya tinggal pulang. Saya jam 13. 45 kembali lagi, dan ajaib antrian nya masih tetep di 15 ? bukan bermaksud menjatuhkan, tp emang kenyataannya lelet sekali
I queued from 10:15 a.m., got the 21st queue in front of me, it reached the 15th queue. Until 12 o'clock, the customer service is still in the 15th queue. I just go home. I came back at 13.45, and miraculously the queue was still at 15 ? didn't mean to drop, but in fact it was really slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, kecewa, security tidak bisa mengatur antrian nomer sya di lewati, pdhl sya stand by dsana.. Dan mreka bilg sya hrus menunggu smpe antrian habis,, gak masuk akal, kecewa.. Tolong perbaiki pelayanan.a
Bad service, disappointed, security can't manage the queue my number is passed, but I stand by there.. And they say I have to wait until the queue runs out,, doesn't make sense, disappointed.. Please improve the service.a

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong d tambahin pekerjany.orang ngantri sejam setengah blm d layanin juga.anak dah rewel akhirnya pulang .percuma kan ngantri.
Please add more workers. People are queuing for an hour and a half and haven't been served yet. The kids are fussy and finally come home. It's useless to queue.
