★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang. Karna saya datang hanya mau registrasi nmr HP buat Mbeking tapi malah di tolak. Karna disini tidak melayani. Hanya bisa di kantor cabang. Dengan muka kecewa saya langsung pulang. Jauh banget pelayanan nya dengan bank2 yg lain.
The service is lacking. Because I just came to register my cellphone for Mbeking but was refused. Because here it does not serve. Only in branch offices. With a disappointed face I went straight home. The service is so far with other banks.

The security is pretty bad. The tone of the language is not good and the language is not good for the first opening. And many people complained about service problems too ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau cs nya mba yg tadi tugas tgl 10 Juli 2020, gila bener gak ada etitude nya, cs kok bahasa nya kasar bgt..gak ada sopan santun nya sama nasabah.
Padahal kita mau buka rekening, mau nyimpan uang di bank nya..pantes nya jadi satpam aja di sana..cocok dgn judes, dan tutur kata nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terjadi kerumunan.menyelamatkan diri sendiri aja ..kasih berkas pengajuan buka rekening baru .langsung pulang.masyarakat tidak ada kesadaran untuk menghindari kerumunan,social distancing tidak ada ..malah asik ngobrol ..kasian pa satpam .kewalahan .hidup pilihan sih ...monggo covied ...aku sihh bye covied.
There was a crowd, just saved yourself .. gave the application file to open a new account. Went straight home. The community had no awareness of avoiding the crowd, there was no social distancing .. it was fun chatting .. poor security guard. Was wrong. Life choices anyway ... monggo covied ... i am bye covied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bank nya tidak pernah menjawab telepon dari nasabah, sudah dicoba berulang, sampai nanya ke unit bri yang lain, entah masih ada atau tidak ini bri disini.
the bank never answers calls from customers, has tried repeatedly, until they ask other BRI units, whether or not this BRI is still available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengambilan jaminan tdk bisa diwakilkan meski ada surat kuasa bermaterai (peraturan sendiri dari pimpinan) . mau pajak 5 tahunan padahal sdh lunas tdk bisa diambil harus ada petugas pendamping dari bank ternyata petugasnya BIRO JASA . So permainan biar cuan ?

I want a 5 year tax even though it has been paid off, it cannot be taken, there must be a companion officer from the bank, it turns out that the officer is the SERVICE BUREAU. So let's play the game
