★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya cuman mau tanya. Kaka saya nasabah bri tapi dia gx bisa transfer melalui atm.saat saya minta dia ke bang bri dan dia bawa uang cash untuk transfer ke bang mandiri punya saya . Tapi si karyaman dan sekurity nya bilang gx bisa transfer ke lain bank .
Mana dia jauh dan bawa anak kecil . Menurut saya pelayanan sangat buruk.
Klo memang tidak bisa kenapa gx di minta stor tunai dan di ajarin cara transfer di atm di sana.
Cuman saran buat atasanya jangan merasa pt anda sudah besar . Customer itu di layanin jangan pandang bulu.
 I just want to ask. My brother is a BRI customer but he can't transfer via ATM. When I asked him to go to Bang Bri and he brought cash to transfer to Bang Mandiri mine. But the employee and the security officer said I could transfer to another bank.
Where is he far and take the little boy. I think the service is very bad.
If you can't, why don't you ask for a cash store and are taught how to transfer it at the ATM there.
Just a suggestion for the boss, don't feel that your PT is already big. Customers are served, do not discriminate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat buruk. Saya dari KCP Kalianda, saya hendak cetak kartu setelah 3 jam saya nunggu Karena securiti yg sangat tidak .....
Saya di dahului 8 orang, seharusnya saya dapat nomor 1 tapi tidak.
Setelah 3 jam saya menunggu kata petugas hanya bisa di cetak di kantor pusat. Setelah saya kekantor pusat saya kehabisan antrian karena saya kehabisan waktu di sini. Tapi kantor pusat bilang CETAK KARTU bisa dimana saja.
Itu berarti pelayanan di sini sangat buruk sudah seharusnya KCP bank BRI Rorotan di tutup saja.
Saya sebagai nasabah saya sangat-sangat kecewa.

I am ahead of 8 people, I should get number 1 but not.
After 3 hours I was waiting for the officer said can only be printed at the central office. After I went to the head office I ran out of queues because I ran out of time here. But the head office says PRINT CARDS can be anywhere.
That means the service here is very bad, the BRI Rorotan branch bank should be closed.
I, as a customer, am very, very disappointed.
