★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayananya ngeselin. Mau benerin atm krblokir cs cuma 1, udah absen nma jam 5 pagi, ambil antrian jam 8 pagi , udah ditunggu smpe jam 10 lebih yg no 1 pun belum dipanggil . Diutamain yg transaksi baru dateng dilayanin dulu?
the service is annoying. I want to fix Krblokir cs atm only 1, already absent at 5 am, take the queue at 8 am, have been waiting until 10 o'clock the number 1 has not been called yet. Preferably, new transactions come to be served first?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semoga bisa ditingkatkan pelayananya, ambil antrian jam 8 pagi dan dapat nomor 20+ tapi sampe jam 2 sore pun masih pada antrean ke 12, beberapakali harus bolak balik karna sampai tutup belum juga dipanggil.
Hopefully the service can be improved, take the queue at 8 am and get a number 20+ but until 2 pm it is still in the 12th line, several times have to go back and forth because until closing it has not been called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami sudah jauh² dari boyolali, dari kantor BNI boyolali kami disarankan ke BNI pusat tempat a.n mendaftar, hanya untuk refisi nama, tp apa mau dikata sampai disana ± pukul 9 dapat antrean sudah 40 lebih, bp scurity blg kemungkinan besar sampai jam kantor tutup kami tidak terlayani,dan diharap kami kembali esok hari, kami sudah 2 hari sejak comen ini saya post, bolak balik dr bank BNI 1 ke BANK BNI disini. "pak kami jg punya pekerjaan lain",
Saran kami mohon diperbaiki lah pelayanan bni, contoh bank² lain, sprt bank BC*, C*MB BR* mereka fast service fast respon, jika bukan dr perusahaan kami tidak akan memilih bank ini ko!

Our advice, please improve BNI's services, for example other banks, such as BC bank*, C*MB BR* they are fast service fast response, if it wasn't from our company, we wouldn't have chosen this bank!
