This office is really bad, service is very slow, recently got bad service from a bank office which is usually always friendly to customers

Sorry, but I had a bad experience in service at this branch office. The cs are not friendly in serving, in a hurry and there is no hospitality at all.

Astagaaaa.. banyak nasabah tp cs nya cm 1 org
It's taking a long time to get a turn at cs, even though I want to change a regular atm card to a chip.
Oh my gosh.. a lot of customers but the cs is only 1 person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas baik, walau sudah tutup layanan tetap mau membantu nasabah. Kalo siang csnya terburu2 karena antriannya banyak supaya yg lain tidak menunggu lama. Saya mengerti karena sama2 dipelayanan juga.
The staff is good, even though the service has closed, the service is still willing to help customers. In the afternoon the cs are in a hurry because the queue is a lot so that the others don't have to wait long. I understand because both are served as well.
