★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service Ive ever had. I had to wait like almost 1 hour just to be rejected for silly incompetent reason. Lebih baik jangan kesini kalau mau ke CS dan butuh segera. Sempat ada jeda hampir 30 menit ketika tidak ada lagi antrian dan mba2 sama tmen2nya malah ngobrol mau pesan jajan brownies yang mana. What an incompetent jerk
Worst customer service I've ever had. I had to wait like almost 1 hour just to be rejected for silly incompetent reason. Better not come here if you want to go to CS and you need it right away. There was a pause of almost 30 minutes when there were no more queues and the mba2 and the tmen2 actually chatted about which brownie snack to order. What an incompetent jerk

I've had my ATM card swallowed, but the security guard helped me,, the next day I was contacted via telephone, that my atm can be picked up at the bank office...thank you sir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I second one of the review. I notice that the service are so slow and the customer service discriminate client based on their appearance. It's like going back in time to see such poor and appaling service. They shouldve known better.
