Security guards, CS, tellers are friendly and kind, Alhamdulillah when I was there, it was quiet ... so open BTN savings quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KCP ngga jelas, saya kamis lalu di janjiin satpam di suruh dateng senin pagi jam 6. sekarang saya ke sana jam 6 pagi tapi hanya di kasih nomer antrian untuk hari kamis tgl 17 desember. sedangkan tmn saya dateng jam 7 tapi dapet nomer antrian untuk hari selasa tgl 15 desember. mohon di klarifikasi dongg.... mohon di respon dan di tanggapi......
KCP is not clear, I was promised Thursday that the security guard was sent to come Monday morning at 6. Now I go there at 6 am but only given the queue number for Thursday, December 17th. while my friend came at 7 but got the queue number for Tuesday, December 15th. please clarify please .... please respond and respond ...
