Berasa di remehinn, tolongg di trainning lg customer service nya ya TERIMAKASIH
Bad service, especially cs on behalf of INDAH, I've been waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, I saw him scrolling and scrolling on my cellphone, then another customer came, and the customer who just arrived first. I feel underestimated, please train the customer service again, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat buruk pelayanannya sebagai nasabah tidak diperlakukan dengan baik. blm pernah dapet pelayanan seburuk ini dari bank laink. sudah nunggu 20 menit tp ga dilayani sama cs nya padahal kondisi bank tdk ada nasabah lain. ada orang yg datang belakangan malah dilayanin duluan tidak sesuai nomor antrian.
very bad service as a customer is not treated well. I've never had this bad service from another bank. I have waited 20 minutes but the cs is not served even though the bank has no other customers. there are people who come later and even get served first not according to the queue number.
