★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolong dong ini management nya gmn sih, gapernah refreshment tentang prosedur pembuatan mbangking atau gimana sih. Bisa bisa nya saya harus kesana untuk yang ke 3 kali nya cuma gara2 kesalahan dari cs nya. Sudah bbrp kali telfon BNI Call Pusat aja blg kalo itu kesalahan memang dari cs nya, karena memang cs disana sangat tidak memberikan solusi. Gila sih BNI Call aja sampe bilang, kalo cs sana masih ngeyel gamau salah suruh telfon BNI Call aja biar cs nya yg di jelasin sm BNI Call. Tolong dong atasannya lebih di perhatikan untuk pengetahuan karyawan nya. Sampek saya harus kesana 3x loh, kalo kayak ini apakah ada kompensasi? Huh buruukkkkkk, semoga segera di perbaiki

I've phoned the BNI Call Center several times, just to tell me that it was a mistake from the cs, because indeed the cs there didn't really provide a solution. It's crazy that BNI Call just said, if the cs there are still yelling, don't want to be wrong, just tell BNI Call so that the cs will be explained by BNI Call. Please, the boss pays more attention to the knowledge of his employees. Until I have to go there 3 times, if it's like this, is there any compensation? Huh, it's bad, hopefully it will be fixed soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan kesini, penolakan layanan oleh satpam. Hebat, pengambil keputusan oleh satpam, tnpa konfirm ke CS lagi. Layanan perbankan itu jam 14.30 wib, klo tutup papan ny dbalik, trutama jika CS menolak layanan, dg kapasitas brpa org dg jumlah menit utk penyelesain per org ny. Jdi jelas, SOP ny ditegakkan, emg Bank punya kalian yg jaga. Jauh2 ksni ditolak oleh satpam. Papan msih buka, jam kerja masih. Ganti wae pimpinan e, bikin malu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 16 dan 17 desember 2021 antrian teller lama sekali biasanya cepat tapi ini nunggu sampe 2 jam lebih,tolong di tingkatkan lagi,jika teller masih tranning seharusnya tidak di kasih d cabang yang ramai,alhasil antrian numpuk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis di pinggir jalan Magelang, dekat dengan Pasar Sleman.
Bagian teller cukup cepat dalam melayani nasabah, namun untuk bagian Customer Service nasabah harus sabar karena antriannya bisa menunggu 2-3 jam. Pembukaan dan penutupan deposito online biasanya dapat dilakukan dengan mobile banking, namun sejak November 2021 penutupan harus melalui CS. Mudah2an sistem bisa diperbaiki sehingga nasabah lebih nyaman tidak perlu antri lama lagi.

The teller section is quite fast in serving customers, but for the customer service section, customers must be patient because the queue can wait 2-3 hours. Opening and closing of online deposits can usually be done with mobile banking, but since November 2021 closing must be through CS. It's easy to fix the system so that customers are more comfortable and don't have to wait in long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs yg namanya destiana jutek & ditinggal ngobroll lama bgt cmn mau bikin tabungan antri 2 jam blm dipanggil. Ini lagu antri banyak ditinggal ngobrol kek gitu.
The cs whose name is Destiana Jutek & left to chat for a long time cmn want to make a savings 2 hours queue has not been called. This is a queue song that many people leave talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy room. You can wait during your queue in the waiting room. There are some chairs provided. The security is nice and helpful, also the tellers and CS. During the lunch break or after, the service will get slower as some staffs are having break.
Parking lot is sufficient for the motorcycle, but no parking lot for cars, so you may park your car on the street.
