 Tired of waiting, cs ud 3 is still taking too long to handle. The cs are all very slow... 1 person can set the clock even more. Paraaah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam setengah 7 pagi dan ingin mengajukan pencairan dana BSU, saya lihat di depan Bank bni Baru ada 4 orang tetapi antrian sudah penuh, gk masuk akal dan alasannya setiap KCP BNI sudah ada Lis nama nama PT yg di prioritaskan, apakah seperti ith pelayanan bank BNI di seluruh KCP maupun kantor pusat, kalo memang seperti itu kasian yg datang pagi-pagi dan jauh" tapi antrian sudah penuh, tolong di perbaiki lagi untuk sistem operasinya dan pelayanan nya
Came at half past 7 in the morning and wanted to apply for disbursement of BSU funds, I saw in front of Bank BNI Baru there were 4 people but the queue was full, it doesn't make sense and the reason is that every BNI KCP already has a list of prioritized PT names, is that like bank services BNI in all KCPs and head offices, if that's the case, it's a pity for those who come early in the morning and far away "but the queue is full, please fix it again for the operating system and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI cabang ini sangat membantu, terutama security nya.. Hari ini 16 November 2021 saya mau mencairkan dana BSU, lumayan untuk nambah keperluan sehari hari, awal nya saya ke BNI cabang Ciledug, tp sangat tidak informatif security nya, kemudian saya ke BNI cabang bintaro karena saya mau ke jaktim, saya mampir kemudian saya hampiri security nya, awal nya security nya bilang maaf Pak untuk pencairan kita sudah penuh sampai 15 Desember, tp saya coba bilang, "pak bisa tidak jika diselipkan di hari apa gitu, karena td pagi saya sudah ke cabang Ciledug, dan disana bilang penuh". Kemudian dia bilang baik Pak saya bantu skrg, bapak sudah siap dokumen nya? Saya bilang sudah pak tp belum saya print. Lalu dia bilang bapak print dokumen nya skrg saya tunggu, akan saya bantu (dalem hati alhamdulillah yaAllah) buru buru print semua, setelah saya print saya balik di kasih form dan nomer antrian, setelah isi form langsung tunggu didalem, ga lama di panggil teller nya, langsung di proses dan cair. Alhamdulillah.. Terima kasih untuk security BNI cabang bintaro, saya Do'akan sehat dan dimudahkan rezekinya aamiin ?

This BNI branch is very helpful, especially the security.. Today November 16, 2021 I want to disburse BSU funds, it's good for adding daily needs, at first I went to the BNI Ciledug branch, but the security was not very informative, then I went to the BNI bintaro branch because I wanted to go to East Jakarta, I stopped by then I approached the security, at first the security said sorry sir, our disbursement is full until December 15, but I tried to say, "Sir, can it be inserted on what day, because this morning I I've been to the Ciledug branch, and it says it's full". Then he said ok sir, I'm helping now, are you ready for the documents? I said yes, sir, but I haven't printed it yet. Then he said, father, print the document, now I'm waiting, I'll help (thank God for it) Hurry up and print everything, after I print it, I'll be given the form and queue number, after filling in the form, I'll wait inside, it won't take long for the teller to call , directly in the process and liquid. Alhamdulillah.. Thank you for the security of BNI Bintaro branch, I pray that you will be healthy and your sustenance will be facilitated, amen ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama bukan zona merah buka mulai pukul 08.00 dan antrian mulai pukul 07.00. Antrian awal terjadi di cs dibatasi 30 orang. KCabang ini buka tutup switch dg cabang ceger per 1 minggu. Sedangkan KC menteng switch dg kc Bintaro plaza. Ada lg cabang di veteran bintaro.
*Saya dtg jam 08.55 dapat nomor 29, jam 13.00 blm jg masuk. Semoga membantu supaya ada perkiraan ya bg yg berkepentingan
As long as it's not a red zone, it's open from 08.00 and the queue starts at 07.00. The initial queue at cs was limited to 30 people. This branch opens and closes the switch with a ceger branch per 1 week. Meanwhile, KC Menteng switches with KC Bintaro Plaza. There is another branch at Veteran Bintaro.
* I arrived at 08.55 and got the number 29, at 13.00 I haven't entered yet. Hope it helps so that there are estimates for those who are interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady CS with initial DN has poor skill to communicate in delicate way while negotiating with customer. Her voice tone went high & hard when i tried to negotiate the situation to have a better service from her. She needs more training on how to manage her emotions while dealing with customer’s demand (a normal and logical kind of demand). And should have an understanding if the case is beyond her authority she should escalate to her superior, instead of raising voice to leash her emotion.
