★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini layanan cabang BNI dengan layanan paling parah yang saya ketahui. Kita datang siang dibilang antrian full disuruh besok pagi.. datang pagian antrian sdh no. 27 dibilang tutup jam 2 (bank tutup jam 2?)..
Apa iya layanan Bank seperti itu trafficnya sehingga menutup akses untuk nasabah lainnya..?!!!! Saya akan tarik rekening saya di BNI gara" front liner cabang bintara bad service!!! terutama komunikasi security nya.. kita ini mau transaksi keuangan tapi BNI gak menghargai waktu kita sama sekali...
 This is a BNI branch service with the worst service I know of. We come in the afternoon, we say the queue is full, told to be tomorrow morning .. come early the queue has no. 27 is said to close at 2 (banks close at 2?)
Is it true that such a Bank service has such traffic that closes access for other customers ..? !!!! I will withdraw my account at BNI because of "bad service front liner Bintara branch !!! especially the security communication .. we want financial transactions but BNI does not respect our time at all ...

take the queue at 07.30 in the morning it's gone. 3x back and forth no results..

b satpam bnyk nanya & gag solutif
c buat tmpt duduk diluar panas-panasan, nasabah itu raja itu bank, sewa tenda atau pikirkan solusi lain spy nasabah nyaman
d. ibu manajer atau kepala penanggung jawab kantor ini cm sibuk kutak-katik komputer, macam lebih hebat dari presiden Indonesia
a. unfriendly service
b the security guard asked a lot & failed to solve it
c to sit outside in the heat, the customer is the king of the bank, rent a tent or think of other solutions, the customer is comfortable
d. The mother manager or the head in charge of this office is busy fiddling with computers, the kind that is greater than the president of Indonesia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ada setor uang dalam pecahan 5000 rupiah senilai 9juta rupiah, di komplain sama tellernya, katanya gak boleh banyak-banyak, tolong Teller yg bertugas hari Kamis 9 Desember 2021, beritahu nasabahnya agak ramah dikit, Teller menjual jasa, harus murah senyum
I have deposited money in 5000 rupiah denominations worth 9 million rupiah, I complained to the teller, he said it can't be a lot, please teller on duty on Thursday 9 December 2021, tell the customer that the customer is a little friendly, Teller sells services, must smile

The service is really bad.. it's taking so long.. I came back 3 times.. To open a new account.. queuing at CS for 2 hours..

Mau ganti kartu ATM pake yg terbaru aja susaaah...bilangnya gak terima...ampe berantem :( so disappointed
Often closed when I go there... the security is not friendly when asked...
It's hard to change your ATM card with the newest one...he said he didn't accept it...and got into a fight :( so disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah antrinya, pelayanan lambat. Udah tau antri tapi cuma 1 loket yg buka ambil nomor dr jam stngh 7 masuk2 jam 2 siang.
Worst queues, slow service. Already know queuing but only 1 counter that is open, take a number from 7 pm to 2 pm.
