★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa waktu yang lalu, Istri saya meminta rekening koran, dihitung 10 ribu per lembar, dan petugas menginformasikan bahwa nantinya untuk print rekening koran akan dihitung 15 ribu per lembar.
Saat itu, setelah print rekening koran, total biaya print sd 130 ribu.
Siang tadi Istri mau print rekening koran lagi karena ada yang kurang.
Karena pelayanan sedang sibuk dan ramai (sepertinya sedang pencairan pensiunan atau BLT, atau apa, karena banyak lansia yang mengantri), akhirnya pindah ke BJB yang di Ruko Finance Gading Serpong.
Karena kondisi agak sepi jadi istri sekalian nanya-nanya ke petugas di BJB ruko Finance. Ternyata disini untuk biaya print rekening koran hanya bayar 5000/lembar untuk 3 lembar pertama, sedangkan lembar berikutnya cukup membayar 2500/lembar.
Mohon dijadikan perhatian dari pihal manajemen.
