★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 11.58 utk transaksi tetapi sudah tidak ada teller utk transaksi... dan satpam mengatakan sudah istirahat teller nya... semoga kedepan lebih ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya...semoga bank jabar menjadi jauh lebih besar berkembang dari yg sekarang ini...
Come at 11.58 for transactions but there is no teller for transactions ... and the security guard said that the teller has already taken a break ... hopefully in the future the service will be further improved ... hopefully Bank Jabar will be much bigger than what it is today ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam yg atur jalannya nomer antrian nasabah gak bener tuh! Setiap dateng dibilang nomor antrian sudah habis. Disuruh balik lagi besok. Pas sdh dateng lagi, katanya antrian habis lagi. Orang2 jadi antri diluar ruko. Padahal realita di lantai 2 cuma sedikit yg bayar. Satpamnya tolong di tatar dan dibenahi lagi deh! Omongan dan janjinya gak bisa di pegang! Kita ini jadi dipermainkan. Bolak balik ngabisin waktu doang.
