★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng jam 11 nunggu istirahat, dateng lagi jam 12 niat mau tanya, di depan pintu di cuekin, malah sibuk ngobrol sama temen nya, sumpah sih pelayanan BCA terburuk yg pernah tak temui, ada nasabah dateng berdiri lama malah dicuekin tinggal ngobrol
Came at 11 am waiting for a break, came back at 12 with the intention of asking, ignored at the door, instead busy chatting with his friends, I swear the worst BCA service I have never met, there are customers who come standing for a long time and are ignored just chatting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Info gmap tutup jam 15.00, tapi nyampe sana 14.00 CSnya udah tutup, bahkan mesin atm sudah dimatikan.
Info gmap closes at 15.00, but when I got there at 14.00 the CS was already closed, even the atm machine was turned off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security ga jelas,cara menjelaskan ke customer aja kurang beretika,datang cuma buat ganti no banking aja di persulit,datang jam 11 katanya cs mau break,buka kembali jam 12,pas jam 12 datang ternyata cs ga break,ini tempat dan pelayanan terburuk selama saya menggunakan bca.
Security is not clear, how to explain to customers is not ethical, just coming to change the banking number is difficult, coming at 11 he says cs wants to break, reopens at 12, at 12 it turns out cs doesn't break, this is the worst place and service so far I use BCA.

Cs cuma 1, teller 2 . ATM bisa setor dan tarik tunai, tapi bisa digunakan sesuai jam operasional kantor. Pelayanan bagus,
Parkiran gk gitu lebar, parkir mobil makan space

Cs only 1, teller 2. ATMs can be deposited and withdraw cash, but can be used according to office hours. Good service,
The parking lot isn't that wide, the car park eats space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security dan OBnya mohon ditingkatkan pelayanannya, memang kami datang kepagian tapi tidak ada penjelasan buka jam berapa dll. Serta waktu ditanya OBnya malah ketus terkesan tidak sopan. Bertahun-tahun jadi nasabah BCA, baru disini bertemu yg seperti itu. Setelah baca review, ternyata tidak sendirian. Berarti memang ada yang salah bukan?

Security and OB please improve the service, indeed we came early but there was no explanation what time it opened etc. And when asked by the OB, he even seemed rude and disrespectful. I've been a BCA customer for years, I just met someone like that here. After reading the reviews, it turns out that you are not alone. Does that mean something is wrong?
