★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih inget pas ngambil kartu ATM waktu buka rekening. Pas mau masuk kantor, dibukain pintu sambil disapa petugas security. Lalu ditanya keperluannya, trs disuruh nunggu sebentar dan langsung dilayani customer servis yg super ramah.

Still remember when taking an ATM card when opening an account. Pas want to enter the office, opened the door while greeted by security officers. Then he was asked about his needs, then he was told to wait a little and was immediately served by a super friendly customer service.
