Mesin penganti kartu rusak di biarkan bgtu sajah,,tidak di follow up,,nasabah suruh antri dari jam 7 sampe jam 10:30
Tolong dong klo ga bisa ganti kartu disituh bilang!!!

The security guard & CS are not professional!!! at work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak memuaskan saya dalam sehari 2x balik dan 2x kecewa dan diberlakukan jam operasional CS,
CS ny hanya satu dan tidak bisa melayani banyak ny pelanggan BCA termasuk saya sendiri, mohon dari pihak BCA saat melihat ulasan saya ini agar CS bisa di tambahkan.
Very dissatisfied I returned 2x a day and 2x disappointed and CS operating hours were applied,
There is only one CS and cannot serve many BCA customers including myself, please from BCA when you see my review so that CS can be added.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini ke bank cuma buat cetak kartu tapi bolak balik 3 kali, dan gua tuh pengguna baru BCA ya, entah di sini doang atau gimana. Kayak dilempar2 suruh ke kcp atau kc lain gitu. Pernah dateng pagi2 mereka masih offline, dateng set2 siang bilangnya udh tutup, dateng set10 bilangnya antriannya udh penuh jadi disuruh pindah kc, gua bilang kalo kc lain tuh jauh dan butuh waktu banyak makanya gua bikin bca karena deket rumah. Fyi gua tuh wfh ya dan kerjaan emng lg banyak2nya terus jadi gabisa nyiapin waktu banyak
This is the first time I've been to the bank just to print a card, but back and forth 3 times, and I'm a new BCA user, I don't know if I'm just here or what. It's like being thrown at the KCP or other KC. When they came early in the morning they were still offline, they came at 2 in the afternoon and said they were closed, when they came at 10 they said the queue was full so they were told to move to the kc, I said the other kc was far away and it took a lot of time, so i made a bca because it was close to home. Fyi, I'm a wfh, and I have a lot of work to do, so I can't prepare a lot of time
