I don't understand, peak hours, lots of customers, customer service only opens 1 table, and I've been waiting for 2.5 hours. Great.

don't call the number listed, this is not the phone number for BCA Cirendeu ... because this is the phone number for fraudsters who will ask for personal data and OTP etc ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong diperbaiki sistem antrinya,masa saya sudah antri hampir 2 jam.no B 013,pdhal dsitu masih melayani B011.tiba2 ada customer cewek no B015,kenapa dia bisa dipanggil lebih dlu dari saya??apa karena dia cewek cantik di duluin!!!!!
Buat security dan OB tadi yg ambil no cewek itu dan ngasih ke pegawai BCA nya,jgn karena dia cewek cantik kalian duluin.
Lngsung saya buang di tempat sampah no antrian dan pulang.
Please fix the queuing system, I've been queuing for almost 2 hours. No B 013, even though it's still serving B011. Suddenly there's a female customer number B015, why can she be called earlier than me?? Is it because she's a beautiful girl first!!! !!
For security and the OB, they took the girl's number and gave it to the BCA employee, not because she's a beautiful girl, you guys first.
I immediately threw it in the trash no queue and went home.
