★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini 15/11 saya mau bayar listrik , dan service Bank Artha Graha di Rukan Artha Gading ini sangatlah buruk , pertama tidak ada antrian , trus saya sudah nunggu lama sesuai urutan tiba2 ada yang maju aja langsung ke teller dan dilayani, trus untuk teller nya juga tiba2 manggil yang urutannya di belakang saya untuk maju duluan, padahal yang dipanggil saja bilang saya lebih dulu . Teller tetap ngotot mau melayani yang pelanggan di panggilnya tersebut , sembari bilang saya sudah mau istirahat , padahal saya sudah menegaskan kalau saya duluan ,saya jadi kesal kok kayak gini . Saya ga jadi bayar lewat sini dan walk out saja .
