★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menemukan jasa kontraktor yang terpercaya dan bagus sangat sulit.
Namun trik untuk mengetahui kontraktor tsb bisa kita percaya salah satunya ketika first impression, ketemu pertama kali utk pembicaraan kontrak. Tepat waktukah pas janjian ketemuan, knowledge tentang rancang bangun baguskah?
Alhamdulillah ketemu dengan Mas Suratman, cocok, langsung teken kontrak.
Mulai design gambar, sampai RAB dibuat cepat shg kebutuhan kami agar segera dibuatkan rumah bisa cepat selesai.
Overall, hasilnya memuaskan dan rapi pekerjaannya.
Kami sebagai konsumen perlu mendapatkan informasi berkala tentang progress project tanpa harus diminta. Dan ini pun diberikan oleh mas Suratman selaku kontraktor rumah kami.
Kami tidak segan2 memberikan rekomendasi kepada rekan2 kerja yg memerlukan renov rumahnya ke Mas Suratman ini.
 Finding reliable and good contractor services is very difficult.
But we can trust the trick to find out the contractor, one of which is when the first impression, meeting for the first time for a contract talk. Was it on time when the appointment was made, is knowledge about design good?
Alhamdulillah, I met Mas Suratman, it suits me, I immediately signed the contract.
Starting from the drawing design, until the RAB is made fast so that our needs are so that the house can be quickly finished.
Overall, the results are satisfying and the job is neat.
We as consumers need to get periodic information about project progress without having to be asked. And this was also given by Mas Suratman as our home contractor.
We do not hesitate to give recommendations to colleagues who need to renovate their house to Mas Suratman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, akhirnya pengerjaan renovasi rumah kami selesai, bahkan lebih cepat dari waktu yang direncanakan. Awalnya sempat ragu untuk menggunakan jasa kontraktor yang belum dikenal, karena kami menemukan blog mas suratman / bangun rumah ditangerang tanpa sengaja. Saat awal kami hubungi, mas suratman sangat responsif menanggapi keinginan kami untuk merenovasi rumah. Pun saat kami undang untuk melihat lokasi rumah yang akan direnovasi saat itu juga mas suratman bisa datang. Saat kami ajak berdiskusi tentang keinginan kami, mas suratman juga langsung dapat menangkap apa yg kami mau. Kesan awal ini yg akhirnya membuat kami memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa bangun rumah tangerang untuk proses pengerjaan renovasi rumah kami. Saat proses renovasi juga kami selalu mendapatkan update progress pengerjaan. Mas ratman juga terbuka untuk diajak berdiskusi perihal keinginan kami yg kadang berubah ditengah proses. Overall, kami merasa puas menggunakan jasa mas suratman dalam merenovasi rumah kami. Jempol untuk bangun rumah tangerang. Inshaallah dilain waktu dapat bekerjasama lagi. ??
Alhamdulillah, finally our house renovation work was completed, even faster than the planned time. At first, I was hesitant to use the services of a contractor that was not yet known, because we found the blog of Suratman / build a house in Tangerang accidentally. When we first contacted him, he was very responsive in responding to our desire to renovate the house. Even when we invited to see the location of the house that was going to be renovated at that time also the letter could come. When we invite to discuss about our desires, mas Suratman also can immediately capture what we want. This initial impression finally made us decide to use the services of tangerang house construction for the process of renovating our house. During the renovation process, we always get progress updates. Mas Ratman is also open to be invited to discuss about our wishes, which sometimes change in the middle of the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hasil pekerjaannya bagus... awalnya sempet ragu karena ketemu jasa renovasi rumah ini dari google pas cari2 buat renovasi rumah akhirnya saya coba hubungi dan ternyata hasilnya bagus walaupun saya jarang datang ke lokasi untuk meninjau. pak suratman sebagai kontraktornya juga solutif bgt karena saya minim pengetahuan tentang bangunan jadi beliau banyak membantu saya dan komunikasi yang dijalin beliau selama pembangunan juga bagus sehingga saya tau perkembangan dari pembangunan rumah saya. Alhamdulillah... Barakallah pak.
the work results are good ... at first I was doubtful because I found this home renovation service from Google when I searched for home renovations, finally I tried to contact and it turned out that the results were good even though I rarely come to the location to review. pak Suratman as the contractor is also very solutive because I lack knowledge of buildings so he helped me a lot and the communication he established during the construction was also good so I know the development of my house. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada bulan Juli 2020 lalu kami berniat merenovasi rumah kami dengan dana yang terbatas, setelah bertanya ke Adik Ipar diperkenalkan saya dengan Pak Suratman. Beliau memberikan respon yang baik dan cepat dari mulai survey sampai memberikan RAB yang kami butuhkan. Saya sangat puas dengan jasa yang diberikan oleh Pak Suratman, tukang yang sigap, ramah, cepat tanggap dan hasil kerja yang bagus.

In July 2020 we intended to renovate our house with limited funds, after asking my brother-in-law, I introduced him to Pak Suratman. He gave a good and fast response from the start of the survey to providing the RAB we needed. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Pak Suratman, a handyman who is alert, friendly, responsive and has good work.
Highly recommended .. for friends who want to renovate their house, this is a good choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengenal Bangun Rumah Tangerang dengan ownernya Pak Suratman dr IG, saat saya lihat2 IG ternyata hasil pekerjaannya bagus, saya pun penasaran dan ketemu web dan kontaknya. Saat dihubungi dan bertanya seputar dunia pertukangan, Pak Suratman enak diajak ngobrol dan bisa memberi masukan yang positif.
Di bulan Juni 2020 saya ingin renov rumah bagian belakang, saya hubungi beliau dan mengajak survei bagian mana aja yg ingin direnov. Setelah mendengar penjelasan beliau akhirnya mantab untuk menggunakan jasa beliau.
Alhamdulillah skr proses renovasi masih berjalan. Selama proses renovasi saya masih berdiskusi dgn beliau dan hasil dr pekerjaan yang dilakukan memuaskan.
I know Build Tangerang House with its owner Mr. Suratman from IG, when I looked at IG it turned out that the results of his work were good, I was curious and found the web and his contacts. When contacted and asked about the world of carpentry, Pak Suratman was comfortable to chat with and was able to give positive input.
In June 2020 I want to renovate the back of the house, I contacted him and asked him to survey which parts he wanted to renovate. After hearing his explanation, he finally managed to use his services.
Alhamdulillah, now the renovation process is still ongoing. During the renovation process I was still discussing with him and the results of the work done were satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketika berhasil mendapatkan kontaknya, yang bersangkutan langsung bertanya apakah berencana akan ditempati atau tidak ketika proses renovasi berlangsung, dan kami jawab iya. Yang bersangkutan keberatan jika penghuni tetap tinggal di rumah dengan alasan tukang akan tinggal dalam rumah selama proses renovasi, kami merespon apa bisa dijadwalkan kunjungan dulu nanti dibicarakan apa yang dimau dan apa yang kami mau.
Yang bersangkutan hanya memberikan waktu 1 minggu kemudian.
Karena tidak ada kabar, kami mencoba menghubungi kembali dan yang bersangkutan menjawab apakah penghuni akan tinggal selama proses renovasi atau tidak, karena tukang dari luar daerah dan akan tinggal selama proses renovasi, kami menjawab nanti dibicarakan kami yang keluar atau dicarikan tempat tinggal sementara untuk tukang
Akhirnya yang bersangkutan datang dan kami lihat ternyata masih muda, kami langsung ajak lihat tkp, apa yang mau dikerjakan. Yang bersangkutan kembali bertanya rencana penghuni tinggal di rumah selama renovasi.
Yang bersangkutan juga tidak melakukan pengukuran bidang yang kami minta kerjakan, hanya membuat catatan dan video.
Setelah selesai tidak ada konfirmasi dari yang bersangkutan kapan akan memberikan jawaban.
Akhirnya kami bertanya dan yang bersangkutan hanya memberikan respon budgetnya pasti besar, dan meminta kami mencari jasa lain.
Benar-benar sangat mengecewakan pelayanannya.
Kami mau keluar dari rumah atau tidak selama proses renovasi itu hak kami, kalian datang dari luar dan tidak dikenal sebelumnya lalu kalau punya niat berbuat kejahatan dan mengambil barang berharga di rumah kami, apa jaminan kalian?
Kami merasa dilecehkan dengan budget besar yang kalian perkiraan tanpa ada informasi atau pembicaraan secara baik, kalau kami bisa bayar, kalian mau apa?
Kalau tidak mau ya bilang saja tidak mau mengerjakan
Jadi bagi para pembaca atau yang sedang berusaha mencari jasa renovasi harap berhati2, kami tidak ingin mematikan rejeki orang lain lewat review ini, tapi jadi pembelajaran bagi yang bersangkutan dalam melayani calon konsumen, jangan hanya menampilkan yang positif dan bagus2 di review atau media sosial lainnya, karena ternyata bukan jaminan.

After completion, there is no confirmation from the person concerned when to give an answer.
Finally we asked and the person concerned only gave a response, the budget must be big, and asked us to look for other services.
Really very disappointing service.
Whether we want to leave the house or not during the renovation process is our right, you come from outside and were not known before then if you have the intention of committing crimes and taking valuables in our house, what is your guarantee?
We feel harassed by the large budget that you estimate without any good information or discussion, if we can pay, what do you want?
