★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa pelayanan nya, walau dibilang jam 10 tidak menerima antrian kontrol nyatanya saya memberikan berkas antrian juga tidak di tolak. Sirkulasi udara diruangan, kebersihan ruangan, pelayanan dan pengambilan obat sangat sangat memuaskan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendaftaran tutup jam10, kita sampai sana jam9.30 udah di tolak dengan alasan "kuota pasien baru sudah habis"..
Padahal posisi nenek saya sakit udah lemas jauh² kesitu.. ga ada empatinya sama sekali..
Registration closes at 10, we got there at 9.30 it was rejected with the reason "the quota for new patients has run out"..
Even though my grandmother's position was sick, she was already weak from there.. there was no empathy at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang telah melakukan swab PCR, Untuk hasil test swab PCR hanya surat keterangan positif/ tidak positif saja yang di serahkan kepada pasien. Untuk hasil lab mengenai CT value dsb. tidak di cantumkan.
Pasien juga butuh informasi mengenai hasil lab.
Semoga lebih baik dan lebih cepat dalam melayani.
For those who have performed a PCR swab, for the results of the PCR swab test, only a positive/non-positive certificate is submitted to the patient. For lab results regarding CT values etc. not listed.
Patients also need information about lab results.
Hopefully better and faster in serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terimakasih atas pelayanan yang baik dan ramah. Apalagi klinik anak, suster dan pak dokternya baik. Rehabilitasi anak juga cepat dan baik, sabar juga. Tutup pendaftarn jam 9.30.

Pelayanan Cepat
Akan tetapi kurang dikomunikasikan terkait flow proses setelah dari pendaftaran harus apa yang dilakukan, sehingga terjadi miss komunikasi saat proses tsb (khususnya untuk pasien baru)
