β β β β β This is the Timoho outlet of the Bale Ayu food chain under a modified name, which is popular for their delicious honey-roasted gurami fish (gurami bakar madu, Engl. goramy, Osphronemus goramy). I and my family had this dish and also cap cay with meatball (Chinese dish, literally "mixed vegetables"). The cap cay was a disappointment: the taste was flat. We also had iced sweetened tamarind (es gula asam), but they forgot to add sugar, only after we complained that the servant gave us sugar. Outside the main building, at the wide backyard it also has a large meeting hall and a clean musholla (moslem prayer place).
