★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mahakarya pengembang Karya Agung Propertindo... pemasangan tiang listrik menjorok ke dalam area halaman rumah.. sdh dikomunikasikan ke pak lukman mewakili developernya tp tdk ada respons apapun, sangat kecewa...!! .. semoga tiang listriknya tidak membahayakan..
the masterpiece of the developer Karya Agung Propertindo... the installation of electric poles protruding into the yard area... has been communicated to Mr. Lukman on behalf of the developer but no response whatsoever, very disappointed...!! .. hopefully the electric pole is not dangerous..

Kpr rmh disini bagian dalam rumah bisa custom,,, itu sih oke banget,, tapi depan harus ikutin developer,,, yaaa ga masalah sie.... cumaaaaa 2 hari lalu dapet masukan dari tetangga disana harus dibawelin kalo ga ya dibelakangin alias ga kelar2 tuh proses bangunnya... birokrasi ga jelas,,, sepertinya ga punya sop pelayanan pelanggan,,, kita sbg pembeli harusnya dari awal dijelasin n dikenalin,, ini kontraktornya bu/pak, ini pengawas proyeknya bu/pak, ini arsiteknya bu/pak, ini tukangnya bu/pak,,, harusnya sih gitu ya... pas udah perjalanan pembangunan tau2 malah diomelin "harusnya komplain ke pengawas/kontraktor,,, lah meneketehe dikasih tau aja kagaaaa... mudah2an birokrasi n prosedurnya makin baik.

Kpr rmh here the inside of the house can be custom ... that's really okay ... but in the future you have to follow the developer ... huh, it's not a sie problem ... cumaaaaa 2 days ago the input from the neighbors there must be tied up if it's not behind or not the process of wake up ... the bureaucracy is not clear ... it seems like I don't have the customer service soup ... we as buyers should be explained from the beginning, this contractor bu / sir, this is the project supervisor bu / sir, this is the architect bu / Sir, this is the bro, sir, sir ... it should be like that ... After the development trip or not, it has to be "complained to the supervisor / contractor ... it was told that I just told you ... the bureaucracy is easier and better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udara di sekitar situ kadang bau sampah, terutama pagi hari,,, apalagi kalau abis ujan. Kemungkinan hembusan udara dari TPA Cipayung krn lokasinya bs dibilang cukup dekat.... dan jalan raya keadilan memang saya amati sering dilalui truk sampah dari dan ke TPA cipayung menuju jl raya Sawangan.
The air around it sometimes smells of rubbish, especially in the morning ... especially when it's gone. Possible air gusts from Cipayung landfill due to its location can be said to be quite close ... and the highway of justice indeed I observed often traversed garbage trucks from and to the landfill cipayung to Sawangan highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan kakak saya, tempatnya nyaman diluar komplek bising tp di dalem komplek sepi senyap tapi nyaman komplek udah banyak yg menghuni dan bersih scurity standby di gerbang ada banyak lahan yg masih kosong siap di buat bangunan dan masih ada yg dijual lahan kavlingnya.
