The Bina Karya and Laras Social Rehabilitation Center is one of the UPTs under the DIY Social Service, which aims to carry out social rehabilitation services to Ex-homeless, beggars / vulnerable people (Bina Karya), and former people with psychiatric disorders / ODGJ (Bina Laras).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku adalah penghuni pertama tempat ini. Kala itu usiaku masih balita, seperti foto-foto yang aku unggah ini, aku si kecil lagi bersama orang tuaku. Seingatku foto-foto ini dibuat tahun 1976-an. Yach begitulah suasananya. belum ada pagar yang mengelilinginya, seingatku di depannya ada sungai dan kami semua para penghuni mandi di sungai tiap pagi dan sore.
Tapi saat itu aku tidk tahu ini tempat apa, yang aku ingat cuma kami bersama banyak orang tinggal di kamar-kamar yang sama. Aku baru sadar ini tempat apa setelah adanya teknologi ggogle map. Untungnya foto-foto ini tetap aku simpan rapi.
I am the first occupant of this place. At that time I was still a toddler, like the photos I uploaded, I was the little one again with my parents. I think these photos were made in the 1976's. Yes, that's the atmosphere. there is no fence around it, as far as I remember there is a river in front of us and all of us residents bathe in the river every morning and evening.
But at that time I didn't know what this place was, all I remembered was that we were with a lot of people living in the same room. I just realized what place this is after the google map technology. Fortunately, I still keep these photos neatly.
