Ada tamu tidak dipersilakan, tapi hanya dilihatin saja...tidak ramah sama sekali.
Dan staf yg melayani tamu tidak informatif...terkesan tidak membekali diri dengan informasi yg kira2 dibutuhkan masyarakat, padahal sebagai ujung tombak...ujung2nya jawabnya: wah tidak tahu saya.
Tidak ada upaya melayani yg maksimal.
Service is not satisfactory.
Some guests are not welcome, but just watched ... not friendly at all.
And the staff who serve guests are not informative ... seem not to equip themselves with the information that the community needs, even though as the spearhead ... the answer is: wow, I don't know.
There is no effort to serve the maximum.
