★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakso is basically Indonesia meatball soup dish. Bakso Atom is known to provide a healthier approach to serving Bakso, with really good tasting meatballs.
Please keep in mind Bakso is a common delicacy served a lot by both restaurants and street vendors. Bakso is made of obviously beed but commonly mixed with other ingredients (for various reasons - could be for flavor, could be to keep the prices low, etc).
I personally love the taste, and the Bakso/meatballs are really good, made with more meat than flour or any other ingredients that are usually mixed to replace the meat percentage. It's something you can just taste right away.
Bakso Atom provides many different variations of Bakso such as Cheese Bakso, Bakso Urat, and many more on their menu. They also deliver their menu with healthy options on the side which we can choose from, such as additional vegetables to be included in our soup (brocolli, pak choy, mushroom).
They serve various soup flavors for consumers to choose from (original, mushroom, etc).
They are spread around various locations and usually set up a small humble restaurant, which I find hygienic hence a more comfortable setting to enjoy bakso compared to other Bakso vendors.
Definitely recommended for Bakso lovers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakso atom is a pioneer in healthy bakso, as they claims. Its free from harmful substance like borax, and they use real beef. So the price is premium for sure.
Bakso atom is free for all condiments, you can take fried shallots, celery, and meehoon as much as you like it. I recommend bone marrow bakso (bakso sumsum), its one of its specialty
