Tekstur baksonya (bakso biasa s.d. bakso rudal) enak dan pas. Namun racikan bumbunya saat di sajikan selalu berubah², kadang pas kadang kurang. Kalau kurang ya kita bisa meracik sendiri dengan menambahkan garam atau cuka atau kecap, dan lain-lain sesuai selera.
