Baksonya lumayan besar, dengan harga perbuah @ 12rb, apabila membeli 3 buah, menjadi @ 11rb. Ada rasa daging biasa, ada bakso urat, serta bakso lainnya.
Tadi mencoba bakso urat & bakso daging. Baksonya lembut, empuk (tapi tidak mudah hancur), tidak garing seperti daging diberikan borak, dan yang sangat menarik, walaupun ukuran baksonya cukup besar, tapi sampai ke tengah warna baksonya abu-abu. Sering bakso lain, bagian tengahnya jadi berwarna merah.
Kuahnya bening tetapi gurih, dan sepertinya tidak menggunakan MSG, karena tenggorokan saya yang sensitif tetap adem ayem.
Garnish / condiments tersedia pada meja saji. Pelanggan bebas mengambil tong cai, daun bawang, daun seledri, sambal ada sambal merah serta sambal hijau.

Baksonya quite large, with the price of fruit @ 12 thousand, if you buy 3 pieces, become @ 11 thousand. There is the usual taste of meat, there are tendon meatballs, and other meatballs.
I tried meatballs & meatballs. The meatballs are soft, tender (but not easily broken), not crispy like meat given by borax, and very interesting, even though the size of the meatballs is quite large, but reaches to the middle of the gray color. Often other meatballs, the center becomes red.
The sauce is clear but tasty, and doesn't seem to use MSG, because my sensitive throat is still cool.
Garnish / condiments are available at the serving table. Customers are free to take cask cai, leeks, celery leaves, red chili sauce and green chili sauce.
