Since the last time I ate here in 2018, kept eating here again, the taste is still pretty much the same, and delicious! The noodles are soft, the meatballs are delicious, this is a great warung, it's still holding up until now, the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warung mi ayam ini berlokasi di seberang Pamella 6. Cocok untuk mampir sejenak mengisi energi sebelum mulai berbelanja.
Saya memesan mi ayam biasa dan es campur. Selagi menunggu pesanan datang, saya amati warung ini cukup luas, berventilasi bagus, dan dilengkapi tempat cuci tangan. Tempat parkir bisa menampung barang satu atau dua mobil.
Tidak berapa lama pesanan saya datang. Tampak mie dengan tampilan lemas, kuah kuning bening, potongan ayam dadu, sawi yang cukup banyak, selembar pangsit, dan sedikit taburan daun bawang.
Pertama kali yang saya lakukan adalah menyesap kuahnya. Terasa ringan dengan bumbu gurih, asin, dan sedikit sentuhan rasa manis. Saya pikir ini seperti kuah sup atau soto. Saya tambahkan dua sendok sambal untuk memberi rasa pedas. Enak!
Beralih ke minya. Saya awalnya skeptis mi akan terasa lembek. Ternyata mi masih menyimpan kekenyalan ketika dikunyah.
Ayamnya cukup empuk. Tidak ada potongan tulang yang mengganggu. Bumbu ayam gurih dan tidak terlalu manis. Sayang hanya sedikit.
Tambahan pangsit dan taburan daun bawang pun patut diapresiasi. Perannya sebagai penambah rasa dan tekstur membuat pengalaman makan mi ayam di sini cukup menyenangkan.
Terakhir ada es campur sebagai pembilas mulut. Terasa manis dengan isian yang cukup banyak. Ada jeli, cincau, tapai, buah naga, nata de coco, dan lainnya. Porsinya cukup untuk membuat perut penuh setelah menghabiskan mi ayam.

This chicken noodle stall is located across from Pamella 6. It's perfect for a quick stop to recharge before starting to shop.
I ordered regular chicken noodles and mixed ice. While waiting for the order to arrive, I noticed that this shop is quite spacious, well ventilated, and equipped with a hand washing area. The parking lot can accommodate one or two cars.
It didn't take long for my order to arrive. There are noodles with a limp appearance, clear yellow sauce, diced chicken pieces, a lot of mustard greens, a piece of dumpling, and a little sprinkling of spring onions.
The first thing I did was sip the gravy. Feels light with savory, salty, and a touch of sweetness. I think it's like soup or soup. I added two tablespoons of chili sauce to give it a spicy taste. Nice!
Switch to oil. I was initially skeptical the noodles would taste soggy. It turns out that the noodles still retain their elasticity when chewed.
The chicken is quite tender. No disturbing bone fragments. Chicken seasoning is savory and not too sweet. Too bad just a little.
The addition of dumplings and a sprinkling of scallions should also be appreciated. Its role as a taste and texture enhancer makes the experience of eating chicken noodles here quite enjoyable.
Lastly, there is mixed ice as a mouth rinse. Tastes sweet with enough filling. There are jelly, grass jelly, tapai, dragon fruit, nata de coco, and others. The portion is enough to make your stomach full after finishing the chicken noodles.
