★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warung Bakso Bakwan Malang Lontar 7 ini selalu ramai. Area parkir & dine-in-nya selalu penuh. Bagi yang ingin order takeaway atau dine-in jangan takut antri lama, sebab karyawannya banyak & pelayanannya cepat. Saya order takeaway 2 porsi bakso urat (@Rp 16.000). Seporsi bakso urat isinya mie kuning, bihun, 3 bakso kecil, 1 bakso isi urat ukuran sedang, pangsit rebus & 2 bakwan (pangsit goreng).
Overall: 9/10. Kuahnya super nikmat, gurih, terasa kaldu & sumsum sapinya, tekstur tidak terlalu kental, kuah tetap jernih. Baksonya kenyal & lezat. Bakwan alias pangsit gorengnya paling enak. Secara umum ini hidangan sederhana yang nikmat. Pelayanan baik & cekatan. Parkir gratis dan harga terjangkau. Highly recommended!
Warung Bakso Bakwan Malang Lontar 7 is always busy. The parking & dine-in area is always full. For those who want to order takeaway or dine-in, don't be afraid to queue for a long time, because there are many employees & fast service. I ordered takeaway 2 servings of meatball tendon (@Rp 16.000). A portion of meatball with veins contains yellow noodles, vermicelli, 3 small meatballs, 1 medium-sized meatball filled with veins, boiled dumplings & 2 bakwan (fried dumplings).
Overall: 9/10. The gravy is super delicious, savory, tastes like broth & beef marrow, the texture is not too thick, the gravy is still clear. The meatballs are chewy & delicious. Bakwan aka fried dumplings are the best. In general this is a deliciously simple dish. Good & agile service. Free parking and affordable prices. Highly recommended!
