★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa tiap mesen pake ojol, selalu gak ada sih siomay basahnya? Padahal masih sore lho. Cuma tersedia di siang hari apa gmn ya? Plg enak siomay basahnya pdhl. Bykin stoknya dong,, biar stok sore ke malem ttp ada juga... Kan gak semua orang yg pgn makan bakso di siang2. Ini udh brp bulan nih sy tiap pgn, ngecek, siomay basah gak ada.

Rasa kuah kaldunya cenderung light menurut saya.
Masukan dan Saran:
Perlu diperhatikan KEBERSIHAN dari seluruh bahan makanan yang akan disajikan kepada konsumen terutama untuk condiment seperti daun bawang dan seledri.
Saya menemukan kondisi pegawai meletakkan daun bawang secara sembarangan di lantai yang kotor tanpa dikasih alas yang bersih saat memotong condiment tersebut. Saya jg menduga bahan yg dipotong tidak dibersihkan dengan air terlebih dahulu dilihat dr adanya bekas bekas warna tanah di batang daun bawang.
Mangkok sajinya juga boleh tolong diperbesar ukurannya agar pembeli yang makan di tempat lebih mudah waktu menyendok makanan.
