Waktu saya datang ke sini pas musim mudik. Karena juru masak dan tungkunya haya satu, pelayanannya jadi sangat lama. Saya sampai mengantri hampir dua jam agar bisa mendapatkan pesanan yang saya pesan. Tetapi ini juga membuktikan bahwa bakmi di sini cukup enak sehingga banyak yang rela mengantri.
When I came here during the homecoming season. Since there is only one cook and stove, the service takes a long time. I ended up waiting in line for almost two hours to get the order I ordered. But it also proves that the noodles here are good enough that many are willing to wait in line.

Dalam perjalanan ke Yogyakarta sampai Sentolo, pas macet ( antrian panjang kendaraan traffic light terminal Ngeplang) sekitar jam 8 malam perut mulai minta diisi. Pas menengok kiri jalan ada warung bakmi jawa wahh... akhirnya mampir. Nama warungnya adalah 'bakmi jawa serut' lokasi persis di pinggir jalan Purworejo - Yogyakarta tepatnya sebelum perempatan terminal Ngeplang Sentolo. Tempatnya tidak begitu luas tapi lumayan nyaman ada pilihan lesehan atau duduk di kursi. Lokasi parkir tepat di sebelah warung bisa masuk 5 - 6 mobil tapi kalo penuh bisa parkir di pinggir jalan tentunya. Itu tentangΒ  lokasi, kalo soal rasa relatif tentunya tapi bagi saya pribadi rasanya lumayan enak, gurih dan bumbunya terasa pas. Bisa memilih menggunakan telur ayam atau telur bebek, ini juga selera. Kalo bagi saya telur bebek lebih gurih. Tidak banyak penjual bakmi jawa yang menyediakan pilihan ini, kebanyakan cuma menggunakan telur ayam. Kalo menggunakan telur bebek harganya selisih seribu rupiah lebih mahal. Yang mengurangi penilaian saya pribadi bakmi jawa dimasak menggunakan kompor gas bukan dengan anglo (tungku arang) tentu ini terasa bedanya bagi penikmat bakmi jawa. Antrian lumayan lama karena pas ramai pengunjung saat liburan panjang dan memang dibuat satu per satu. Lamanya menunggu terbayar dengan rasa yang tidak mengecewakan. Itu pengalaman saya pribadi semoga bermanfaat
On the way to Yogyakarta to Sentolo, when there was a traffic jam (a long line of traffic light vehicles at the Ngeplang terminal) around 8 pm, my stomach started asking to be filled. When you look left on the road there is a Javanese noodle shop, Wahh ... finally stopped by. The name of the shop is 'shaved Javanese noodles', located right on the side of Purworejo - Yogyakarta road, precisely before the Ngeplang Sentolo terminal intersection. The place is not that wide but quite comfortable there is a choice of sitting on the floor or sitting on a chair. The parking location right next to the warung can fit 5-6 cars, but if it's full, you can park on the side of the road, of course. That's about the location, relative to taste, of course, but for me personally it tastes pretty good, tasty and the seasonings taste just right. You can choose to use chicken eggs or duck eggs, this is also a taste. For me duck eggs are more savory. Not many Javanese noodle sellers provide this option, most of them only use chicken eggs. If you use duck eggs, the difference is one thousand rupiah more expensive. What reduces my personal assessment of Javanese noodles is cooked using a gas stove, not a brazier (charcoal stove), of course this makes a difference to Javanese noodle lovers. The queue was quite long because it was just crowded with visitors during a long vacation and were indeed made one by one. The length of waiting paid off with a taste that didn't disappoint. I hope this is my personal experience

Capcay sama. Jeruk anget pake gula batu jadi andalan kalo disini, dan baru tau kalo namanya bakmi jawa bu murjilah, dasar aku.... Padahal dah sering banget kesini... Pangsit gorengnya juga enak sayangnya kurang banyak hehe... Sama jarang redi pangsit gorengnya
