Taste wise, almost the same bakmi with the renowned asui and alok..however the topping is not generous and it's mixed between chicken and pork.

Chunky and soft noodles (really love these kind of noodles), superb pangsit goreng, tasty overall with a hint of pepper and plenty of salt, the only downside is perhaps the chicken and pork (could have given us more!). But you will not find a more generous serving of noodle (i usually order 1.5 servings and their 1.5 serving is more like 2.0 compared to other noodle shops i frequent). Overall Very satisfied. I like their noodles, its different and tasty. And if you order from this store, try their choipan. Very juicy with strong ebi taste. Only for ebi lovers. Love it.

A chewy kind of noodles (bakmi karet) you can find here. They serve chicken and roasted pork as toping. You can choose roasted pork only bit you need to pay extra 5k. The texture are not too chewy for noodles and I like the taste. You can try the pastel here for 6k, it is good.

Bakmi Hong serves Makassar style noodle along with other menu, such as steamed rice, porridge, Makassar meatball, and snacks. This noodle stall is quite simple and wide. Although there is no air conditioner, it is quite comfortable with the fan. Here are what we tried : Bakmi Spesial Campur porsi standard (IDR 27,000) For the noodle, we could choose the topping, such as chicken, pork, or mixed. We could also choose the portion, there are standard and big. I chose standard portion with mixed topping. A bowl of thick and chewy noodle served with boiled chicken, roasted pork, spring onions, and fried pangsit. Pastel / Jalangkote Makassar (IDR 6,000 / pcs) It was served hot. So good we could get a fresh and crunchy puff. The pastel filled with white noodle, boiled egg, carrots, potato, spring onions. Overall, the noodle here tastes quite good. However, the serving took a long time. From we orderer until served, it took for about 20 minutes. That time wasn't crowded at all. There were for about eight customers including us.
