★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakmi Bintang Gading was a lifesaver when I realized that it was open late. They're open until 11! The bakmi halus (small portion pictured) has a great texture, the broth is soothing savory deliciousness and the pork is a little sweet adding a nice contrast of flavour.
I've tried the swokie panggang which were a bit crispy on the outside and filled with lightly seasoned ground pork and cabbage. Tasty! The nasi goreng spesial ujung pandang ( the red fried rice) is also yummy, though I recommend seafood over pork. The pork was too sweet for my taste in that dish.
Overall Bakmi Bintang gets two thumbs up. It hits the spot when you're getting back to Gading after fighting through traffic and you need a bite before going home.

What is worth trying is Bakmi Ujung Pandang, its big and thick. Comes with chicken mince and pork. You can choose.
I would suggest that you ordered the bakso goreng. Pretty good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Always love their bakmi ujung pandang, fried rice Jakarta, etc. Good cleanliness. Service a bit slow though. Parking will be a bit difficult when lunch or dinner time. AC available. Crowds mostly young adults and family. Will come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty Bakmi. Especially with pork meat. Their noodles is very soft. Love their pangsit and meatballs. Best in town. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Price is average fair enough with how delicious it is. Will definitely come again.

I have tried the mi halus, nasi goreng merah, bami titi.
I dont recommend the dimsum, i don't quite enjoy the dimsum.
