★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut gw laundry disini termasuk Peremium, karena di panduk yg ada di tempat laundry mengutamakan kebersihan dan sterilisasi tempat dll. Namun sayang ada beberapa hal yg harus di perbaiki.
1. Kemeja putih sepertinya tidak di bersihkan bagian kerah dan tangan (di laundry lain pasti bersih), ini ga sekali 2 kali sih
2. Komplain karena kaos kaki hilang pasangannya, yg jaga cmn bilang "mas lain kali kasih tau kalau ada kaos kakinya" salah gw sih ga bilang tp kaos kaki gw biasanya udh di pasang2in biar ga bercecer
3. Banyak celana rusak, kebanyakan yg rusak kaya celana training/celana olahraga
4. Kualitas nya sekarang menurun, 1bulan lalu ini pakaian gw wanginya suka banget dan tahan lama. Kalau sekarang dibuka di plastiknya wanginya cm bentar doang
Please di perbaiki lagi, kalau customer komplain tolong jawabannya dgn bijak jangan malah menyalahkan customer.
In my opinion, the laundry here is premium, because the banner in the laundry place prioritizes cleanliness and sterilization of places etc. But unfortunately there are some things that need to be improved.
1. The white shirt doesn't seem to have been cleaned in the collar and hands (in another laundry, it's definitely clean), this isn't once or twice
2. Complaining because the socks are missing their partner, the one in charge just says "next time I'll let you know if there are socks" I didn't say anything wrong, but my socks are usually already put on so they don't fall apart
3. Many pants are damaged, most of them are damaged like training pants/sports pants
4. The quality is now decreasing, 1 month ago my clothes smell really good and last a long time. If you open it in plastic now, the smell will only last a moment
Please fix it again, if the customer complains, please answer wisely, don't blame the customer.
